a story from my friend...worth to have a look.especially me...

有一個小學老師在偏遠的鄉里教書.這天，他來到自己班上的教室，問班上的小朋友：「你們大家有沒有討厭的人啊」小朋友們想了想，有的未作聲，有的則猛力地點點頭。

老師接著便發給每人一個袋子，說：「我們來玩一個遊戲。現在大家想想看，過去這一週，
曾有哪些人得罪過你?他到底做了怎麼樣可惡的事?想到後，就利用放學時間到河邊去找一塊石頭，把他的名字用小紙條貼在石頭上.如果他實在很過份，你就找一塊大一點的石頭，如果他的錯是小錯，你就找一塊小一點的石頭。每天把戰利品用袋子裝到學校來給老師看哦！」

學生們感到非常有趣且新鮮.放學後，每個人都搶著到河邊去找石頭。第二天一早，大家都把裝著從河邊撿來的鵝卵石的袋子帶到學校來，興高采烈地討論著。

一天過去了，兩天過去了，三天過去了...有的人的袋子越裝越大，幾乎成了負擔。終於，有人提出了抗議「老師，好累喔」老師笑了笑沒說話，立刻又有人接著喊：「對啊每天背著這些石頭來上課，好累喔」這時，老師終於開口了，她笑著說：「那就放下這些代表著別人過犯的石頭吧」
孩子們有些訝異，

老師又接著講：「學習寬恕別人的過犯，不要把它當寶一樣的記在心上，扛在肩上，時間久了，任誰也受不了…」

這個星期，這班的同學上到了人生中極寶貴的一課。袋裡裝入越多、越大的「石頭」，心中存留越多、越深的仇恨，所造成的負擔就越重。

太阳与防晒品的关联...

阳光里是含有热能的红外线(infrared rays IR), 紫外线(ultraviolet rays UV).UV 是什么?UV 是人类肉眼所看不到的光线,是太阳辐射中的10巴仙能量.UV 含有UVA,UVB 和 UVC. UVC 会被臭氧层吸收.只有UVA和UVB到达地球表面.UVA 和 UVB 会造成皮肤癌 而UVB值得警惕.UVA 波长短,穿透力强可透过云和玻璃,直到皮肤真皮层伤害在于:

1. 光照敏感:对光敏感触到UVA 会出现敏感症状.
2. 即可色素沉淀:造成短暂色素沉淀由表皮层的melanin 黑色素迅速氧化造成.
3. 光照老化:长期暴晒会造成肌肤老化,尤其脸或颈光照老化从25-30 左右开始,而UVA最后会完全破坏胶原纤维使脸部肌肤干燥暗哑,丧失弹性,眼周出现皱纹,毛孔变大,肤色变得不均匀及出现黑斑.

UVB 在冬季会减少一些.最具杀伤力是10am -4pm尤其正午.部分UVB 会被臭氧层,云层,和玻璃吸收.剩下的会穿透表皮.UVB 对皮肤伤害在于:

1. 晒伤:皮肤里面的防卸系统呈饱和状态时,血管胀大,皮肤红痛.
2. 晒黑:UVB 增加黑色素的产生而黑色素会转化成角化细胞令肤色变黑变暗,但会在一个月内消失.

防晒品上的PA 后的+又是什么? PA 是日本化妆品工业协会通过的UVA 排序法. 意识是Protection Anti UVA, PA+++ 是PPD (Persistent Pigment Darkening-受防晒品保护的皮肤所需UVA辐射剂量来达到最少色素沉淀和不受防晒品保护的皮肤所需UVA 辐射剂量来达到最少色素沉淀的比率)大于或等于8, PA++是PPD小于8,大于或等于4, PA+ 是PPD小于4,大于或等于2. PPD 数值越大, UVA 防晒卸越高.

SPF(Sun Protection Factor) 防晒指数是美国药物管理局FDA许可的检测UVB防晒剂效率的方法.如:一个人在太阳下暴晒需15分钟就被晒伤,那么使用SPF 4防晒后,需一小时后才会晒伤.相同的,SPF 15 则是3小时45分钟.一般防晒品只有5小时效用.UVB 能量不是一成不变.1pm UVB能量是9pm的四倍. SPF 越高，防晒品越令皮肤无法正常呼吸.所以室内用SPF15即可.户外用SPF30.

suggestion:
找一些有以下功能的防晒品：

• 提供防UVB适用的SPF防晒指数
• 对抗UVA有一定的抵卸能力（PA值）
• 防晒品中可以不受光照影响，提供稳定的UV防卸功能，如mexoryl SX 和 mexoryl XL etc

Genting trips!!!

This is a trip that only for 3 day 2 night. It would be the most memorable trip. Because it may be a last trip for four of us. Who are the four? ha ha~of course I, Elaine, Blurkun and Khean. Why only four of us? Because we are the only four always meet together. Actually four of us are I, Elaine, Blurkun, and Vken. We are the four cause of HQ this company so knew each other. We can chat any topic happily from history to politic. Really happy to get this group of friends.

There was a few photo that we took from the Genting Highland trips.Even that is only one photo that four of us took together but it is memorable.
